Serve as Senior Engineer in support of the Sate Dept. ITEQ Inc, (Jan 02 – Jul 03) – Firewall Systems Technician- Monitor and maintain over 70 State Department firewalls in an enterprise level environment. Implemented approved configuration changes to enterprise firewalls and provided configuration fallback, if necessary. Performed Tier III, first response troubleshooting and fix actions in cases of firewall outage. Perform daily traffic monitoring, analysis and reporting. Monitored and maintained Enterprise level Mail Sweeper and Mail Relay Platforms. Perform first response troubleshooting and fix actions in cases of Mail Sweeper or Mail Relay outage. Compile daily mail usage statistics reports and managed daily shop logs of any actions of note. Monitored, maintained and troubleshot RAS connectivity provided to State Dept. users, worldwide.

USAF, (Oct 01 – Oct 02) – Lead Network Infrastructure Technician - Configured and maintained network monitoring tools to include HP Openview, CiscoWorks and What's up Gold. Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, install, and configuration of layer two and three devices on the Kunsan AFB MAN to include Cisco 1900, 2900, 3500, 5500 and Lightstream 1010 ATM series switches and Cisco 2500, 2600, 7200 and 7500 series routers.
